A petrochemical facility in South Korea needs to protect their refining operations from feedstock that is loaded with Black Powder contamination as a result of tank farm storage upstream.
Install and operate a BPS Magnetic Separator on the inlet to the refinery for 48 hours to test its Black Powder removal efficiency when flowing product at 463.7m³/hr.
25 kg of Black Powder was collected in the 48 hour test.
The refinery proceeded to outfit the refinery with
BPS magnetic separation units.
